Bradhly Le is Founding Director of RIZEN Atelier. With over 20 years’ experience in construction management and interior design, RIZEN draws on Brad’s extensive multi-disciplinary experiences in designing spaces across a diverse portfolio of sectors.
Creativity and determination are at the heart of Brad’s philosophy and practice. Complementing this is his artisanal approach to concept development, where hand sketching serves as a visceral and powerful tool for communicating and evolving ideas with his clients.
Brad’s distinctive blend of progressive design, tempered by a measured response and precise execution, has seen him innovate on some of Australia’s most complex and highly accoladed workplaces and corporate campuses. These include the award-winning Fanuli Contract, awarded Silver at the 2023 Better Future Australian Design Awards; CBA Axle at South Eveleigh, celebrated by the 2020 INDE.Awards as The Work Space winner and Best Of The Decade Work Space winner; and Clemenger BBDO Sydney headquarters, named Office Category winner at the 2013 INSIDE World Festival of Interiors.
Brad looks to the ingenuity and resilience of nature as an endless source of inspiration, guiding RIZEN to achieve balance and equilibrium within all its projects.
